In the Ronald F. Butler Chrome-X heat treated grouser bar you can expect only the very best. Heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of Rc 45-50 to deliver optimum wear, and the addition of chromium only further enhances the strength of this premium product.
Just as in our heat-treated bar, chrome-X grouser bar is made from premium boron steel which facilitates ice lug weld ability, and is one of the toughest and longest lasting grouser bars available in the market today.This extreme heavy-duty bar is available in 4 sizes in various lengths of 24", 27", 34" and ten foot lengths.
- 'P' Pale Blue bar is available in 10' lengths
- 'R' Plain end bar is available in 24", 27", and 10' lengths
- 'X' Black end bar is available in 24", 27", and 34" lengths
- 'Z' Green end bar is available in 34" lengths only.
